Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of Purple Lotus Tattoo & Hair Studio.

1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments. No exceptions.
For services involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign all necessary waivers.

2. Deposits & Booking

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit covers the artist’s time spent on custom design work and holds your spot on the calendar.
All bookings and deposits are managed securely through Vagaro Pro.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to the new date (limit of one reschedule).
Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and we may require full pre-payment for any future bookings.

4. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by the artists at Purple Lotus remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Designs are shown at the time of the appointment. Small tweaks can be made on the day, but a complete change of concept may require a new deposit and a new appointment date.

5. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to the start of your service.
A digital waiver must be completed via Vagaro Pro before any work begins.

6. Studio Environment

To maintain a safe and focused environment, please limit the number of guests you bring to your appointment. Check with your artist beforehand regarding our current guest policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Purple Lotus Tattoo & Hair Studio and its artists are not liable for any reactions or issues that occur due to improper aftercare. You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions; following them is your responsibility.
