Refund Policy

Purple Lotus Tattoo Studio Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Your deposit secures your appointment time and covers the artist's prep/drawing time.

• 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If you give us enough notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new date (one reschedule allowed).

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book again.

• The 15-Minute Rule: If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling the studio, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited to cover the lost time.

• Preparation: Please arrive well-rested and having eaten. If you arrive under the influence or unprepared for the session, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit for safety and quality reasons.
